Weekend is defined as at least a two day stay of Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. Three day weekend stays receive one day at the weekday rate (Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends charged at the weekend rate for all three days.)

Cancellation Policy

  • If a reservation is cancelled 15 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, a credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • If a reservation is cancelled 14 days to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is rebooked in its entirety. The $50 cancellation fee will apply if the room is rebooked.
  • If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date (2:00PM), the booked stay will be charged in full.
  • Early departures will be charged for the entire stay.
  • There is a $50 fee to reschedule a reservation.
  • One Night reservations require payment in full and are non-refundable.

We attempt to accommodate all of our guests’ needs and requests, but we are simply unable to allow exceptions to the cancellation policies – even for emergencies (no matter how legitimate) or inclement weather. We are a small business that depends on reservation revenue to maintain and run the Mansion.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Rates are based on double occupancy.
  2. Two-night minimum on weekends. One night stays will be accepted based on availability at the one night rate.
  3. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
  4. A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations of two nights or more.
  5. Full payment applies as deposit requirement for a one-night reservation. For a two-night reservation, one night deposit is required.
  6. If your deposit is not received within one week of your reservation request, the room is no longer guaranteed.
  7. Room rates listed above do NOT include the 7% New Jersey sales tax nor 5% New Jersey room tax.
  8. Third guest in room - $40.00 additional per night.
  9. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  10. Check-in time is 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Advanced notice required if check in is after 5:00PM.
  11. Check-out time is 11:00AM.
  12. Weekly rates available upon request.
  13. No Pets allowed.
  14. Due to the indoor pool and subsequent liability, no child below the age of 12 is allowed.
  15. Smoking is permitted only on the front porch and around the pool.
