Stardard check-in: 1pm to 5pm. Check-in after 5pm can be accommodated with advance notice.

11:00 AM

Can you accommodate early check-ins (before 1pm)?

Early check in is based on room availability at the time you arrive, and is not guaranteed. Access to public facilities is available if the room is not ready.

Can you accommodate Late Arrival (after 5pm)?

Yes. Check-in after 5pm can be accommodated with advance notice.

Can you accommodate late Check-out?

Based on availability, later check-out may be arranged on the departure day, for a fee: 11am-noon, no charge; noon-2pm, $30; 2pm-4pm, $60

Do you accept children?

Children 12 years old and older are welcome

Do you allow Smoking?

Smoking is NOT allowed in the buildings. Smoking is allowed outside on the porches.

Do you allow Pets?

No.

What deposit is required to book a room?

The cost of one night, including taxes. (14.625%)

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

What are your rates?

Rates vary based on season, room size and amenities.  See our Rates Page for details.

Do we have to share a bathroom?

No. All rooms and suites have private baths.

What are the differences between a room and a suite?

Mansion rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are traditional bedrooms with private bathrooms, window a/c units during warm months. The Suites amenities include a two-person Jacuzzi, double headed shower, gas fireplace, mini-frig, central air and heat.

Do rooms have refrigerators?

Rooms in the Mansion share mini-refrigerators located on each floor. All Suites have a mini-frig located in the Suites closet.

Do you provide beach towels?

No.

Do you provide beach chairs?

Yes.

Are beach tags required?

Yes. Memorial Day Friday thru Labor Day weekend.

Do you provide beach tags?

Yes. Tags are available for guests to use during their stay, and must be returned at check-out.

Do you have parking?

Yes. Free parking is available on Myrtle Avenue and in our driveway lot (limited number in the lot, first come, first serve).

Do rooms and suites have air conditioning?

Yes. All Mansion rooms have window a/c units during warm months. All suites have central air with individual thermostats.

Do your provide hair dryers?

Yes.

Do you provide bicycles?

Yes. Bicycles are complimentary, on a first come first serve basis.

Do you provide breakfast?

Breakfast is complimentary and served at 9:00am in the Mansion dining rooms.

Can I get a gluten-free breakfast? (or Vegetarian, lactose free, kosher, vegan, etc….)

Yes. With prior notice we can accommodate most diets.

Do you have an early breakfast option?

A cold “Grab and Go” breakfast option is available upon request. Please request this option at check in.

Do you provide room service for breakfast?

No.

Do you have Jacuzzi tubs?

Yes. All Suites and Room 9 have two-person, 125 gallon, Jacuzzi tubs.

Do you provide bottled water?

Yes.

Do you provide coffee and tea 24/7?

Yes. Coffee and tea are available in the main dining room.

Are one-night stays available?

Yes. Based on availability. Two night minimum on weekends May through October.

Is the Mansion accessible for the disabled?

No.

Is the swimming pool accessible for the disabled?

No. The pool is in the Mansion.

Is the Suites building accessible for the disabled?

Yes.

Do you have accessible rooms for the disabled?

Yes. Suite 101 has a accesssible bathroom with roll in shower.

Do you have designated parking for the disabled?

Yes. There is one designated parking space in the driveway lot.

Do you have a Suite in the Mansion?

Yes. Room 9 on the first floor in the Mansion.
